Internal meetings are held to develop the search strategy and the approach to the search.
Preparation of the job specification to be a clear, concise and compelling marketing document combining thoughtfully crafted text supplemented by artful visuals.
By mutual agreement, a video synopsis is prepared for smartphone viewing by potential candidates.

Candidate Selection
Client/candidate interviews are arranged and coordinated by Tower. Arrangements can include phone, teleconference, in person/on-site interviews as well as transportation and lodging as required.
Follow up debriefs are held with all parties.
Candidate Verification
The finalist's educational credentials are verified and multiple professional references are performed with the candidate's permission. These are submitted to the client in writing prior to the consideration of making an offer.
Offer
We provide coordination of all aspects of this process, including guidance on competitive compensation and benefit package details as necessary, assuring you, to the best of our ability, that the actual offer will be accepted.
Placement and Follow-up
We assist the candidate in the successful termination of his/her current position and provide spousal and family support if necessary.
After placement, we follow up with the candidate and his/her manager on a regular basis to ensure smooth integration and productive performance.
