Our client seeks a high-impact individual who will demonstrate a well-balanced combination of talent intuition, strategic thinking, and resourcefulness to propel its award-winning organization forward. This leadership role requires expertise in leveraging artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to revolutionize talent acquisition processes, from resume parsing to candidate engagement and selection. The successful candidate will lead a team of nine direct reports while reporting to the Director, Talent Management, in this on-site position that offers significant opportunities for professional growth and development.

Our ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with healthcare industry experience who can establish and lead comprehensive talent acquisition strategies across all roles, with the exception of physician recruiting. We will prioritize those who possess experience in Oracle Cloud systems, employee branding initiatives, and metrics-driven talent acquisition practices. This role demands someone who is self-sufficient, accountable, and capable of building and executing innovative recruitment strategies that align with our client’s mission of delivering the finest patient experience and improving community health.
