Sandy joined Tower Consultants Ltd. in 2002. She gained an intimate knowledge of the HR recruiting business and its internal HR and financial systems. Her management of Tower’s accounting processes was exceptional. She is now our point of contact for internal HR matters and ensuring we are in compliance, and brings her financial expertise forward to Tower Consultants Search Group.

Dorian Merrill

Executive Recruiter

Dorian Merrill is well-versed in both internal and third-party executive search and brings extensive experience supporting clients including small entrepreneurial firms, private equity companies and leading Fortune and S&P 500 organizations to her role. In addition to her executive search experience, Dorian has held leadership positions in the areas of executive compensation and performance management for a S&P 500 organization.

Pete Rose

Business Manager

Pete gained his Bachelor of Technology degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Bradford in the UK and accepted increasing responsibilities with companies at the forefront of emerging automotive technologies. Joining Moog, Inc. in the early 80’s, Pete held positions as VP Engineering and VP Sales and Marketing and was then selected to establish a unique technology incubator serving the auto manufacturing industry worldwide. Stuart, Florida was the chosen location and Pete moved with his family to the United States. He was President of Active Control Systems Inc. – a joint venture between Moog and Group Lotus. The company was eventually acquired by TRW several years later. He then led a publically traded exotic vehicle manufacture and spent several years in the general aviation industry before joining Tower Consultants Search Group. Pete’s role, beyond oversight of the financial activities of the company is to provide statistical, marketing and technical input in support of recruitment operations.

Chris Rose

President & CEO

With a global perspective, Chris (crose@towersearchgroup.com) brings a diverse and accomplished background in international business, education and executive search.

Her career in Executive Search began in 1998 when Chris joined Tower Consultants Ltd., where she was quick to master the art of HR recruiting, successfully completing challenging searches for clients in every industry, public and private, consulting and nonprofit alike, and thus became an integral part of the management team. She was made Partner in 2004 and promoted to President in 2010.

When Tower’s principal retired in 2017, Chris founded Tower Consultants Search Group where she continues to specialize exclusively in Human Resource placements and brings her trademark of professionalism, sensitivity, and insight to her team and every aspect of the business.

Chris’s understanding of the global landscape stems from growing up in England, where she graduated from Ilkley College at the University of Leeds with a B.Ed. degree and pursued a career in education. When Chris moved with her family to the United States, she participated in numerous volunteer activities and partnered with a colleague to start a business exporting American products to the UK. Drawing on her established entrepreneurial skills, Chris effectively demonstrated her business development, negotiating, and closing capabilities with senior management in carriage name manufacturers globally.

Her entrée into recruiting began when Martin Memorial Health System offered Chris a unique opportunity to participate in a start-up operation where she played an integral role in establishing the Volunteers in Medicine Clinic. Chris was hired to recruit and credential volunteer physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff. She also established and managed the licensing process and procured grant funds to expand the clinic to offer dental services. The clinic to this day, continues to expand and prosper.

Joining Tower Consultants Ltd. in 2010, Elizabeth possesses a degree in Journalism and a deep public relations background. Tower Consultants Search Group now celebrates Elizabeth’s extensive interviewing, assessment, and writing skills, as well as her innate ability to develop relationships.

Jason Rose

Jason Rose (jrose@towersearchgroup.com) is the Senior Partner of Tower Consultants Search Group, a boutique retained executive search firm specializing exclusively in the placement of Human Resource talent. Jason leads all aspects of the firm’s operations, strategy, and client engagement, driving success through a hands-on, high-touch approach that sets Tower apart in the HR executive search landscape.

With a keen focus on human capital, Jason and his team partner with Fortune 500 companies, private equity-backed organizations, and consulting firms to place HR leaders across a wide range of specialties—including Total Rewards, Executive Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, HRIS, Labor & Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition. His firm is known for its tailored recruitment solutions, deep industry knowledge, and unwavering commitment to both clients and candidates.

Before entering executive search, Jason followed his entrepreneurial passion by founding and operating a successful retail business in the radio-controlled and unmanned aerial vehicle industry. For over a decade, he honed his business acumen, developed a sharp eye for talent, and built a reputation for outstanding customer service, strategic thinking, and accountability.

Jason brings that same entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to executive search—translating his firsthand experience as a business owner into meaningful, results-driven partnerships with clients seeking top HR talent.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys traveling with his wife and two young children and indulging in his lifelong passion for automobiles and auto racing.

Kim deVry Klipstein

Director, Executive Search

Kim deVry Klipstein (kdklipstein@towersearchgroup.com) is the Director, Executive Search with Tower Consultants Search Group, a retained Executive Search firm specializing in Human Resources.

Kim offers 13+ years of retained executive search expertise in Human Resources. Highly invested in a partnership model, Kim is deeply valued for her insightful assessments, making critical connections with and between people, and achieving outstanding outcomes. Key skillsets include systems thinking; trial and error; strategy development; client engagement leadership; executive recruitment; business development.

Kim began her early career in news media before conducting retained search with Tower Consultants, Ltd. She practiced in all HR disciplines, including executive compensation, with a specialty in organization/executive and learning development. A driven, influential, and collaborative member of the Tower team, she progressed director/executive team member.

Shifting to less travel with a young family, Kim continued with Tower, and for two years, also recruited and managed national travel RNs with MedStaff/Cross Country Healthcare. In 2008, she traded diversified industries and recruitment for a new challenge in non-profit, joining the Association Office of the YMCA of Greater Brandywine (8-branch; 80,000 actives). As its first Director, Member Engagement Center, she teamed with IT and branch executives to develop, launch and personally lead the Association’s first In/Outbound Call Center – a virtual membership support desk for eight branches.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Dickinson College. She enjoys cycling, coffee, satire, and cities, and laughing with her daughter.

    Following the retirement of Donna Friedman and the closure of Tower Consultants Ltd. at the end of December 2017, the new Tower Consultants Search Group opened its doors on January 1, 2018. Team members seamlessly transitioned to the new company to provide invaluable legacy experience and expertise - but with a new twist!
